Return & Exchange Policy

At Breyer’s Hats, each hat is custom-made to order, making every piece unique to our customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery. To process your request:

  • Contact our customer support team at hello@breyershats.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item if eligible.
  • Upon approval, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

NOTE: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached to qualify for return due to customization error.

Non-Returnable Items
Since all our hats are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size or color choice made by the customer
  • Change of mind after the order is placed
  • Personal preference differences
